Social Media Strategy & Training
UNSW were looking to develop an integrated social media marketing strategy and content plan that increased awareness, interest and engagement across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
After a comprehensive audit of their current social & marketing activity, student interviews and team workshops, we proposed a social media strategy that expands on UNSW’s “Never Stand Still” motto, creating “A student-centric community that never stands still“.
We delivered an updated social branding, establishing content themes, operational guidelines, content calendars, channel specific tones of voice and a recognisable visual language to roll out across all channels.
With fresh, relevant and responsive content planned and delivered across all UNSW’s social channels, theres no way they could now be accused of standing still on social.
